Mark is the creator of EmployInsight’s matching technology and artificial intelligence engine. One of the founders, Mark has advised during the transition of EmployInsight into its new future as part of Get It, LLC’s suite of Employer and Job Seeker tools. A Caltech alumnus, he has worked extensively for the industry giant Microsoft, as well as numerous startups covering everything from enterprise software (iSpheres) to consumer fitness products (Perfect Fitness). His passion for neuroscience and better understanding our own human nature led him to work for the neurobiology department at Yale, Numenta, Attensity, and EmployInsight. Currently Mark leads Bons.ai, a cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence start-up.
